As Founder of Chrysalid Outdoor Learning Centres, he developed and operated 6 adventure camps delivering structured corporate and youth programs across India. He also led operations for iDiscoveri Education, managing end-to-end logistics for India's leading experiential learning organisation.
A passionate runner and trekker, Vikas has completed multiple full and half marathons and trekked to Everest Base Camp — bringing the same spirit of endurance, purpose and planning to every retreat he designs.

Dr. Pinky is many things — a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Delhi, a practising Psychotherapist, a Certified Life Coach, a Motivational Speaker, and a Corporate Trainer with over two decades of experience. She is also one of very few professionals in India certified across Behaviour Based Safety, PoSH, and POCSO frameworks.
